Junior School Day

Pupils in the Junior School (Years 3 – 6) have 8 lessons of 35 minutes each. The day starts with registration at 8.30am and ends at 3.30pm. Morning break is from 10.15 to 10.35am and lunchtime is between 12.20 and 1.30pm.

Before School

The School Day begins at 8.30am. Pupils may arrive in the playground from 8.20am and will be collected from the playground by their class teachers.

After School

Pupils not collected at 3.30pm or who have sisters in the School may wait in a supervised ‘Waiters’ club until 4.00pm. There is no charge for pupils waiting for sisters but a small charge is levied to other parents who wish to use this facility.

Wraparound Care

The School provides a breakfast club for pupils 5 mornings a week from 7.40am to 8.30am. The cost per day including breakfast and supervision is £6.
The School does not currently provide any after school childcare services to pupils. However, an after school childcare service is available Monday – Friday from 3.30pm* to 6.00pm exclusively for PGHS and Nursery pupils through a third-party provider, M&M Childcare.
