Reception 2025 Events

Our Reception 2025 events are a great opportunity for you and your daughter to discover more about life in the Reception class at PGHS and meet our EYFS teachers.

Our Stay and Play events run from 9.15am to 10.30am on Wednesday 22nd and Tuesday 28th January 2025. Children can choose from a variety of play activities, and parents can chat to our talented teachers to find out about the school day. The event will end with story time on the carpet!

Our parent talk ‘Getting Ready for Reception – How to Help Your Child’ runs from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on Wednesday 5th February. Run by our Reception class teacher, the talk is designed to provide parents with useful tips for getting their child ready for Reception. It will be followed by a Q&A session and a tour of our facilities.
